Comfort Inn Fallsview

I had such a great experience during my stay at the Comfort Inn Fallsview! The location is perfect — just a short walk to the Falls and close to everything you might need. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. A special shoutout to Felicia at the front desk — she truly went above and beyond to make my visit enjoyable. She was so friendly, welcoming, and professional from the moment I checked in. Felicia answered all my questions with a smile and made me feel right at home. Her kindness and great customer service really stood out and made a big difference in my stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Niagara Falls. Rooms were very clean and the breakfast was very tasty. I did not need to wait in a line, barely anyone was there at 6:30. Using the waffle iron was fun!

For us, this was the best place to stay in Niagara Falls Canada. It was 2 blocks from the falls so we really couldn’t see it from our room. But it was so close, we didn’t need to see it from our room. We stayed there 3 nights in late September 2025. The Location was everything for us. It was just 2 blocks from the Incline Railroad. We had a car, but hardly used it. We took WEGO most places. But it was close enough to walk to many places, like Table Rock and Skylon Towers. We had the best room in the place, 709. The bed was only queen size, but it had a club chair and a couch to sit in. What made the room great was it lined up so we could see the Niagara River from our balcony. The price was reasonable, the location was great, and it included breakfast. The breakfast was good, but it was exactly the same everyday. It had a small fridge, but no microwave. There is only 8 floors and there is only one elevator. So sometimes we had to wait for the elevator. But usually the wait was not long. Much shorter than the elevator wait in the big high rise buildings. You do have to go to the 1st floor to get ice. But once again…This is centrally located. We would definitely stay here again. One final plug…If you have a car drive to the Golden Dragon for Chinese Food. I have eaten lots of Chinese food in 67 years, but this was one of the best. I wish this restaurant was in my home town. It is in a strip mall, but you woul never know it from the inside. I am a vegetarian, and I had lots of choices. The food was great

I had no problems at all - my room was clean and comfortable (and I'm pretty particular), and the pools looked inviting although I didn't get a chance to try them out. The breakfast was hot, plentiful, and delicious. No issues with parking and I thought the cost was reasonable. Location is great - only two very short blocks from the Falls incline "railway" that takes you down and up the mountain right to Table Rock for a very reasonable price. Having said all that, the main priority for me is always the staff, how I'm treated and whether or not they're helpful, and these folks were fabulous. I'll definitely be back.

Great rooms and staff. An excellent breakfast buffet. Reasonable rates. And a very short walk to Fallsview Casino. Also a very short walk to the Falls. They are visible from the room.A really nice perk.

Great value for what we paid. Furniture is a little dated but room is extremely clean and we like having a table with 2 arm chairs Good location to Canadian Falls but is a bit of a walk to Clifton Hill Basis breakfast (included scrambled eggs and sausages) Sachn at front desk was helpful. FYI, you may have to pay extra for an early check-in, parking is also extra

Very clean, exceptionally clean. The housekeeping is done everyday. "Unlike Days Inn across the street where I stayed three nights and it was the worst experience." The breakfast was good, checking in and out was very smooth. It was also very quite and peaceful. The only thing their soda machine only take 5 dollar notes ans coins and the Atm on site lowest not is 20 cad. Outside of that it was an exceptional experience. Plus they gave discounts for at least 3 nearby restaurants. The cleaner for 703 was awesome, older lady from Eritrea

This hotel is well located. Include breakfast. We stay here always visiting Niagara Falls, about two o three times a year. What I like the most is the location. You walk five minutes to the Incline Elevator. You pay $15 for two people for both ways. The only thing I don't like is I have to pay $30 per night for parking. Other than that, I will recommend this hotel to travelers.
